Post of Temporary Lecturer in Food and Postharvest Technology.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Post of Temporary Lecturer in Food and Postharvest Technology at the Department of Animal and Food Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.

The prospective candidates are requested to submit a CV along with scanned copies of relevant certificates/documents as a single PDF to the Head, Department of Animal and Food Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture through email (email: deptafs@agri.rjt.ac.lk) on or before 20th May 2022.

The candidates are requested to appear for an interview through the ZOOM teleconferencing facility. The ZOOM link, interview date and time will be sent to the selected candidates via email.

Required Qualifications:

·       Candidates must have a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture/ Food Science and Technology / Food and Nutrition / Bio-systems Technology obtained from a recognized university at least with a Second Class Upper Division.

·       Postgraduate qualifications (MSc/MPhil/PhD) in the areas related to Food and Postharvest Technology would be preferred.
